Western Properties recently carried out a laboratory refurbishment for a Limerick school. The science laboratory was refurbished over a 3-4 week period. The project involved the removal of old flooring and replacement with new marmoleum, sanding down and polishing of the laboratory benches, installation of sinks into the refurbished benches, new storage units, new blinds and painting and decorating.
The project was carried out to a tight deadline and the clients were more than happy with the result. Disruption to classes was minimised and the final product is a significant improvement over the original laboratory (ref. compare the first and last images below).
