This project involved the refurbishment and fit out of a Georgian office building at 88 O’Connell St., Limerick, a four storey protected building. The work included the removal of existing furniture and fittings, decommissioning of existing services, demolition of some existing stud partitions, mechanical and electrical services installation, construction of new partitions and ceilings, installation of new fittings and fixtures and decoration.
