Western Properties were recently appointed to carry out alteration works and fit out for the new Learning Support Hub at Raheen Further Education and Training Centre.
The works included the following:
• Demolition and alterations
• Internal walls installation
• Wall finishes internally
• Floor finishes
• Ceiling finishes
• Mechanical installations
• Electrical installations
• Fittings and furniture
The project was completed on time and within budget despite COVID 19 delays. The designer on this fit out project was Tess Stanford.
