Doonass Properties Ltd. T/A Western Properties have over twenty years experience of offering building and maintenance services to householders and businesses in the Mid-West (Limerick, Clare, Tipperary).

The company was founded by John Galvin, a plumber by trade and with over 20 years experience as a builder. Western Properties has built a reputation for quality and reliability throughout the Mid-West, managing both residential and commercial projects. We are a preferred vendor to a number of pharmaceutical and large construction companies in the Mid-West.

Daire O’Meara – Project Manager, Plasterer, PSCS, Safepass, 15 years experience in Ireland and Australia of managing projects for commercial and residential projects.

Craftsmen – Carpenter, Electrician.

Professional team members include a QS,  Health and Safety Consultant, Architect, Interior Designer, Accountant.

Labourers – All team members are Safepass certified. We also have staff who are FETAC trained in the following: mini-digger, 360 Deg Excavator, 180 Deg excavator, teleporter etc.

Our service includes one off maintenance projects, complete renovations of private properties, commercial properties, public or local authority buildings such as schools and industrial spaces. We also offer landscaping services and have a team of landscape gardeners and tree surgeons. Every project is assigned a full-time project manager whose purpose is to work with clients to meet their exact requirements within budget. The project manager will seek to ensure the work runs to time, budget and will identify the best solution for clients’ needs and oversee the project to the final detail. Building work is often disruptive but our aim is to deliver seamless, quality work with minimal disturbance to our client’s lives.
